License Agreement
This software
product is the property of Steele Systems, Inc. (Steele Systems) and is
protected by both United States copyright law and international copyright
treaty provisions. If you choose to use this software, you agree to all
the terms and conditions of this license statement and Limited Warranty.
You may copy this product onto a computer for your own use, and you may
make additional copies ONLY for archival/backup purposes in order to
preserve the product in case your original software is lost or damaged.
You may make more than one copy for your own use, as long as there is no
possibility that the software may be in use by more than one person at the
same time. Any other copying or distribution of this software or data is
prohibited. Please contact Steele Systems for fees and conditions
regarding multiple-user site licenses, or for use on a computer network,
or if you intend to distribute more than 10 copies of reports or data
included in this product, as such uses are not covered by this individual
license. Distribution of any output is limited to your internal use only,
and use on an ad hoc basis, including showing output such as reports to
your clients.
Certain of the information contained in the product: (1) is proprietary to
Morningstar Inc. and/or its content providers; (2) may not be copied or
distributed; and (3) is not warranted to be accurate, complete or timely.
Steele Systems, Morningstar and its content providers are not responsible
for any damages or losses arising from any use of this information. Past
performance is no guarantee of future results.
You may transfer all your rights to use this software to another person,
provided that you transfer to that person, or destroy, all copies of the
software and its documentation (including but not limited to all copies on
hard disks, CDs, diskettes, any electronic or other media, and all back-up
copies). Any person who agrees to receive all your rights to use this
software, also agrees to all the terms and conditions of this license
statement and Limited Warranty. Except as specified in this paragraph, you
may not otherwise transfer, rent, lease, sub-lease, time-share, or lend
the software, CDs, diskettes, or documentation.
Your use of this software is limited to acts that are essential for you to
use the software on your computer as described in the written and/or
electronic documentation accompanying the product. You may not otherwise
modify, alter, adapt, merge, decompile or reverse-engineer our software,
and you may not remove or obscure our copyright or trademark notices.
Governing Law And General Provisions
This license statement shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by
the laws of the State of California. If any provision of this statement is
found void or unenforceable, it will not effect the validity of the
balance of this statement, which shall remain valid and enforceable
according to its terms. If any remedy provided is determined to have
failed of its essential purpose, all limitations of liability and
exclusions of damages set forth in the Limited Warranty shall remain in
full force and effect. This statement may only be modified in writing
signed by you and an authorized officer of Steele Systems. All rights not
specifically granted in this statement are reserved by Steele Systems. |
