I did not get my password e-mail: How to ensure you receive our Password E-mails
Our automated system reliably sends e-mails with the password to each client each month or quarter depending on the frequency of your subscription. Once it is sent, we have no control over its delivery which depends on your e-mail software and your e-mail service provider.
Databases are posted to our web site by the 4th - 5th business day of each month. If you feel you should have received your password e-mail, first check the "Downloads" page of our web site at www.MutualFundExpert.com to see if the databases have been published on our web site.
If the databases have indeed been posted, and you have not received your password, please e-mail us at Support@SteeleSystems.com and we will resend it to you.
Then, you may wish to address the reason why our e-mail did not reach you.
First, please check your spam, bulk, or junk mail folders. If you find the e-mail there, your ISP or your own software spam-blocker or filters are diverting our e-mail.
Check our list below if you do not already know how to remedy the issue with spam, bulk, or junk mail folders.
E-mail Service Providers - ISPs
Some email service providers filter messages based on content, subject line, or the sender's address and may put your email into the a bulk or junk mail folder. Please make sure SteeleSystems.com, SteeleSystems.net, eSteele.com, MutualFundExpert.com is on your "approved sender" list or "white list" and/or in your "address book."
Occasionally an ISP will institute mail controls that block your email completely without your knowledge. We often do not even receive notice of such a block. The only solution to this problem is for you to be aware what triggers your ISPs blockage and make sure you let them know you want to receive our email. Particularly AOL often does not deliver e-mail to its users mistaking it for unsolicited e-mail and does not notify either the sender or the recipient. If you find that is the case, you may wish to use Yahoo.com or other free e-mail provider instead to ensure you receive all your e-mail.
Spam Blockers/Filters and Email Software
If you have recently installed a new email software or a new program to help defeat, make sure you check the settings. The "defaults" are often much more restrictive than you might wish. Please see our very general suggestions to get started.
Using Spam Filtering Software?
If you have enabled spam filters in your email software, you can add the following email domains to your approved list to ensure that you receive the e-mails with the passwords to the databases you have subscribed to: SteeleSystems.com, SteeleSystems.net, eSteele.com, MutualFundExpert.com.
In addition, all order confirmation and shipment emails as well as correspondence pertaining to Customer Service or other purchase-related issues will be sent from: Support@SteeleSystems.com.
